Children:
$25 per child 10 to 20 maximum children per workshop. This runs for 1hr 45 minutes.
Sunbeam yoga is designed for children of all ages. This is a true to form Stonescape workshop as it integrates the healing and performing arts.

Sunbeam is a journey told through a written story where the children set out to find the seventh star.  They follow two children; one who believes in magic and the other who does not.  As the story unfolds so do the students forming yoga postures and learning various breathwork to help them along the path.

Jerome wants to go home; the story of Om is about a boy who learns meditation after a horrendous temper tantrum.  Here the students learn meditation focusing
on breath and what is Om.

Theo's first day of school is an anti bullying story which uses very specific postures to address courage, stillness and action.

Teenagers:
$30 per person 10 to 20 maximum person per workshop.This runs for 2hrs
Graffiti time is a workshop that deals with issues of power and violence.Here we explore through yoga -contact with the self.Improvisational contact dance-contact with the other.
A beat poem is read aloud and in circle form  feedback is given to discuss issues of power.  Guided relaxation is given at the end of the program.  This program was a successful pilot project with the Toronto District School Board SPES program.
